Go to the IGTV video you want to share on your Instagram story
Now, open the IGTV video that you want to share and allow it to stream.
Tap on the Arrow button on the bottom of the app screen.
On the share window, tap on "Add video to your story". A user can also add text, stickers, gifs or filters before sharing the IGTV video.
Once you are ready to share it, tap Send To and click on all the people you want to send personally.
Then tap on "Your Story", tap "Share".
Once the video is shared to your story, your viewers will be able to tap on it to watch it on IGTV.

How do you repost an IGTV post on Instagram?

Previously, you could only add a link to the IGTV you intended to share. Now, you can repost it directly on your Story by tapping the paper airplane icon on the video. This prompts you to “Add video to your story.” You can also add a 15-second preview for your followers to watch before the full video.

Why can't I repost IGTV on my story?

Instagram suddenly disabled the feature to share IGTV videos to Stories for Android users. This feature is still available on iOS. Instagram users on Android are unable to share IGTV videos to Stories.

How do you put an IGTV on Instagram stories?

How to put an IGTV link on your Instagram Story.

Open Instagram..

Press the Instagram Camera button at the top-left of the screen..

Take a photo or video in the camera or upload a photo or video..

Press the link icon at the top of the screen..

Press +IGTV Video..

Select the video you want to link to..

Press Preview..

Post IGTV video as your Story If you wish to share it with everyone, then just tap on the “Share” button adjacent to the “Your Story” option. That's it! This will now share the IGTV video as your story and your followers can view it in their feed.
