The keys are silver, matching the body. Letters on the keys are not in a contrasting color, they are transparent and optionally backlit. Whether the backlight is on or off, there is very little contrast between the letters and the keys, making them unreadable in a normal viewing position. The backlighting might work in a low-light environment, but with normal office lighting it is hopeless.

Backlighting might be a good idea for black keys, but doing this on silver keys is really dumb.
