Game changer

Even after a decade of conjuring up espresso, my tamp has never been consistent or perfectly level. That being said, my espresso isn’t bad. My wife who has never successfully made a drink with my setup was able to extract world class espresso with the help of this! Buy now, don’t hesitate.

Love this grinder already!

This grinder is what I was looking for. It's fast and has a clip to hold the coffee bag in place, which is a huge time saver for large orders!

The Best

Received my Rocket Apartmento from Majesty Coffee, Great Price, Worth the money, Fantastic Steam and Froth, Great espresso too

I got the wrong color

I got the wrong color I send it back and I’m waiting for the one I ordered

The boss

Bought this grinder for my coffee shop because of the reviews and price. This thing showed up like a mob boss and ground coffee like nothing I've ever seen! (It also came with an engraved label that says it's name is Luigi which made me laugh since it fit so we'll.)

Love the grinder

This sucker can grind. I have only had it for 2 weeks but so far so good. Nice and quiet and very repeatable. Looking forward to long term use of this grinder.

The best I’ve had

I’ve been ordering from a few places and trying out all I can get my hands on. Majesty is the best I have had and is my official go to for espressos. It’s amazing.

Powerful, consistent and beautiful machine!

It took me a little to work through all the settings to get it dialed in the way I want, but I really love the machine. Very powerful/fast steam, and consistent espresso shots - like a professional machine. Like previous response, it would be nice if they could put the group cleaning function at top of menu, but I imagine when enough folks complain there will be a software update to accommodate this. Oh, and it looks beautiful, too!

I love the morning lattes.

Machine works great!

My Latest Espresso Machine

Great price and arrived sooner than expected. Wonderful relatively small device. There is a learning curve but the coffee is great.

Great little machine for home use

We purchased this machine in 2019 for home use and it’s been great, we’ve had no problems with it, saves me from packing up my kids and driving into town to purchase coffee which I was doing 2x a day before. This machine is a life saver especially with covid ruining everything. I don’t know what I’d do w/o this machine looking back. My husband makes his 6shot espresso to take to work every am and I make two 6shot espressos a day then he makes another one or two 4 shot espressos when he get home from work. Perfect machine for our needs.

Awesome

Went from GH2 to an EK43 LOVE IT!

Exceptional machine

Coming from an entry-level machine, the Bianca V2 is a revelation. Everything about it is luxurious, beautiful, and well built. Espresso tastes amazing and is a joy to produce. Flow profiling works very well and is completely intuitive. Steam was my biggest gripe on my former machine and there is zero issue in this area with the Bianca: the arm is cool to the touch, glides around at any angle, and produces steam reminiscent of a rocket engine. Silky textured milk is easy to make with so much power at your disposal. The one downside I've had so far is that setup was not intuitive and the help guide was both hidden at the back or the manual and filled with unhelpful pictograms. Assembly is logical but I wanted to be careful and meticulous on such a beautiful machine so it took about twice as long as I expected. The machine is also very heavy, which is good for thermal stability, but means that you need a helper for the initial assembly.

Nice Machine

Machine looks amazing. Installation was very professional and was very helpful.
Unfortunately we ordered red and it came in black.

What is considered 2 shots of espresso?

A double shot uses 14g of coffee and produces around 60ml of espresso (about 2 liquid ounces). Double shots are now the standard in America and many places around the world.

Is an espresso 1 shot?

Shots are typically served as a single or double shot. They can also be combined with steamed milk to make flavoured drinks, like cappuccinos and lattes. A single shot contains 30 ml of espresso while a double shot is 60 ml. Hence these main differences, we can see it's just not the same as regular coffee.

Is a cappuccino 1 or 2 shots?

Cappuccinos have 1-2 shots of espresso, while flat whites are made with 2 shots. What is this? Cappuccinos have frothier milk than flat whites. Both should have smooth microfoam, but the foam on a cappuccino should be thick.
