Is King still in SCP 3008?

King, like the other threats roaming ROKEA, is unable to be killed in Public Servers but he can only be killed in private/VIP servers by using the Tool Gun.

King at the time is the most powerful entity, able to fling players across the map while dealing heavy amounts of damage ranging from 35 points of damage to a hefty 50 points.

King could be stunned by whistling. When he regains mobility, he becomes faster for around 10 to 20 seconds.

King spawned every 25 nights after Night 10 (Day -10). For example, he could spawn on the 35th, the 60th, and so on in that order. Whenever a King spawns, a message in yellow saying "KING" would appear in chat.

Kings could destroy player-made structures. This feature is somewhat buggy, however he could still destroy structures that are in his way. However, King can not destroy right below him. A useful tip is when you want to survive the king (No deaths) without destroying your base, defeat the king once, go to the pillar that king destroyed, and make a ceiling in the hole, and hide inside there, since King can't attack below him on normal nights.

Appearance

King is a series of glowing red circles on a large, rotating sphere which is the color of sewage. He has two arm-like structures, each with four hands connected. He walks on two feet directly connected to his torso. From a distance, you will be able to see the glowing red dots that he sports.

Behavior

King's normal behavior is wandering about. If he gets stuck in a wall, he will simply destroy it. He can only be stopped by map generated structures, like the industrial shelf (only if there is an anchored block that you can't pick up in his way). When night begins, King will start running to the closest player. He has extreme range, being able to detect players 400 studs away from him. His most dangerous behavior is during a Blood Night, because his velocity increases by 2.5x and he can then be able to break floors. The more pushes King has, the more his head spins. When King's head spins faster, he can jump higher, run faster, and fling players farther. It is advised to practice extreme caution, as King can move at speeds akin to teleporting if his head is spinning fast enough.

After 1 push, King will emit a small scream. After 3 pushes, King will glitch out, emit an ear-piercing noise, glow yellow, and produce a message in chat saying "KING DOESN'T LIKE THAT". After 5 pushes, King will begin to scream for several seconds, which will make the closest Pillar collapse.

King notably has a lot of unique sound effects, allowing for players to know what is happening to the King from a distance.

Tips

• Do not try to run back to your base if you are close to a King, as he can outrun you in seconds.
• If you are caught outside near King at night, try to run to the nearest set of Industrial Shelves.
• Try to make small bases, as if King destroys it, there will be less time spent rebuilding.
• Don't make bases on top of Industrial Shelves, as King can jump to extreme heights.
• Turn off all lights in your base when you hear King.
• Build a secure base, a base 200+ studs in the air is most effective.
• Make a low profile base. If someone griefs you, it's going to be hard to rebuild with King chasing you every night.
• If the King flings you across the map, there is a chance you might glitch the fall damage system and live.

King-proof Base Designs

• Flat Roof Base: A base that is around 5 studs tall, small enough that King struggles to destroy it.
• Sky Base: Sky bases are self-explanatory; they are bases that are high off the ground. A sky base with an altitude of 200 studs+ is better for survival. Make sure to leave beds under it.
• Collapsed Pillar Bunker: like a Flat Roof Base, but it is inside a collapsed pillar.
• Pillar-Wall Base: Make a base that is between a pillar and a wall, make sure to pick a pillar that is quite close to a wall.
• Wardrobe Trick: Take two wardrobes, then get in one. Grab the other wardrobe and box yourself in. This "base" doesn't work on a Blood Night, so make sure to only do this on a regular night.
• The Industrial Shelf Base: Use pallets to make a small base, using the top part of the shelf as a ceiling. Then, lock yourself in using the pallets. Make sure the pallets are not sticking out in any way.

Trivia

• King has the most sounds out of any employee.
• The sound of King being idle is actually just uglyburger's voice but it is heavily distorted.
• There is a rare pillar in the base game that looks similar to the Collapsed Pillar, but with the lifeless body of King inside of it. Commonly called King's Remains.
• King can only be found in the 4121 version of the game, and within a rare pillar that contains him in the normal game.
• This is the only entity in the game that can move/push anchored furniture.
• King has been permanently erased off the game. Although there's a feature where you can spawn them in Update 2.8.
