I found a product at Walmart today and it's called seasoned fish fry from Louisiana Fish Fry Products.

The ingredients are: Corn meal, Corn flour, salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, citric acid, garlic, paprika and tri-calcium phosphate.

It appears safe based on the ingredient list. I was wondering if it is spicy. I tend to view anything with Louisiana in the name as an equivilent to "cajun" and therefore spicy. Tha package says it is "A total seasoning for oysters, shrimp, all meats and vegetables."

We are still in the process of testing so I am trying different products ahead of time to have a game plan when we make the switch.
