Thats why Shimenawas Reminiscence would be a great choice for Fischl. The damage bonus will greatly enhance her damage without having many consequences from the lost Elemental burst. The only downside is the fact that Fischls Elemental skill has a 25 second cooldown.

Shimenawa's Reminiscence	2-Piece: ATK +18%. 4-Piece: When casting an Elemental Skill, if the character has 15 or more Energy, they lose 15 Energy and Normal/Charge/Plunging Attack DMG is increased by 50% for 10s. This effect will not trigger again during that duration.

This set provides a good boost on ATK which can be useful for DPS Characters.

The 2-piece set gives a powerful boost on ATK and would be a great alternative to Gladiator's Finale, which has the same 2-piece set effect.

Shimenawa's Reminiscence 4-piece set increases Normal, Charged, and Plunged Attack damage by a high percentage but uses up a character's energy in exchange, which makes it more suitable for DPS Characters who don't use their Burst much.

Yoimiya	• A 4-piece set would increase Yoimiya's Normal and Charged Attack DMG significantly.
Keqing	• Keqing's ATK with a 2-piece set would get a solid increase.
Diluc	• The 2-piece set bonus on Diluc would strengthen his ATK. Plus, paired with his CRIT Rate main stat, this would boost his overall damage.
Jean	• Jean's ATK would increase with the 2-piece set bonus.
Xinyan	• Xinyan with the 2-piece set would get a raise in ATK.
Xiangling	• The 2-piece set bonus would boost Xiangling's ATK. This also gives freedom in choosing her second 2-piece set bonus.
Chongyun	• Chongyun's ATK would increase with the 2-piece set bonus.
Fischl	• The 2-piece set bonus would would strengthen her ATK.

You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.

Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.
