I'll keep this review short and sweet. The food was good. It's hard to go wrong with their fish dinners. Only downside was I ordered, and payed for an extra cup of lemon pepper seasoning and they forgot to give it to me. There wasn't a line and they weren't busy. So I can't really see why'd they forget an item. And yes, I did verify my total on the receipt to make sure I was charged for it.

I'm a big fried catfish fan and I heard JJ was good. Definitely not anything to look at on the outside or inside but the Fried Catfish fillets were awesome and delicious. Sometimes large catfish fillets can taste "muddy" or fishy, these were not. Two really large fillets and a really generous portion of fries for under $10. I went back a few days later for another order and it was just as good. Served up fresh and hot, I'm a fan of JJ Fish & Chicken.

Establishment appeared clean however, the meat portion of chicken wings was small and inadequate and over kill on the French fries. The establishments choice of bread was unacceptably hard.

Nicely cooked fried chicken, catfish and chicken tenders are the best dishes. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Terrific service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this restaurant. Prices here are reported to be low. JJ Fish & Chicken scored 4.2 in the Google rating system.
