    Mailed a package from Chino CA 11/20 going to Overland Park KS. Arrived at the KC distribution center the 21st. THEN was sent to Smithville MO, where the tracking stopped for 6 days, yesterday the 28th, package was in Denver CO. No wonder USPS keeps wanting to increase rates. TOTAL INEPTNESS. And just try to get a human representative on the phone. Impossible.

    Unfortunately I have THREE packages sitting at Kansas City Location that havent been there for 3+ Days. This is ridiculous. I should have had my items days ago, but instead I have to go buy somethibg different for our family to wear for Christmas pictures this weekend. I'm pretty upset.

    Delayed/lost packages may be a more wide spread problem then we know. Last year I ordered 6 bottles of Red Wine Steak Marinade from Kimmel Orchard in Nebr. When it arrived at the Topeka distribution center, box was damaged and repacked with 1 bottle missing. (?) This year I reordered 7 bottles and it was shipped via UPS. When it arrived at the Lenexa, KS distribution center on 11/3; it disappeared! I have filed a complaint, waiting for an answer. Interesting it has happened twice with boxes of this wonderful steak marinade. Haven't had problems with other USPS or UPS packages. Possibly there is another underlying problem.

    I've had a package in transit for 14 days now after paying priority shipping. The post office can't help me and I quote the lady I talked to at USPS, she said "The distribution center does not give us (USPS) a number to contact them." That sounds like BS to me. I don't care what company you are, you should have a customer service line. That's just rediculous. It's not a cheap package either, I'm extremely disappointed in which my package is being handled and my experience at the USPS store.

    My package has been delayed for 4 days now, sitting at this distribution center. Judging by all the reviews online, this is a common experience with this location. There is no excuse for this behavior. Either clean up and fix these issues or face Extinction. FedEx and UPS don't have these issues and you've been delivering mail for how much longer? Pathetic.

    My daughter paid for $18.85 for 2 day priority mail delivery for a package from Salina, Ks to Kansas City, Ks. She sent it on Oct. 23, 2017 and it was not delivered until late afternoon on Oct. 31st. According to the tracking information it arrived at the KCK Network Distribution Center the next day (the 24th) but was in transit to destination to KCK 66106 on October 25, 26, and 27. It arrived at our post office for delivery on the 31st and delivered to us on the 31st. It's hard to believe it can travel from Salina to K.C. in one day and then take 3 days to get from your distribution center to the neighborhood post office. When she asked about it in Salina, she was told they couldn't adjust or refund any of her postage fee because paying for 2 day delivery is not guaranteed only expected. We have not had problems like this before, but feel your charge for quicker deliveries is verging on "false advertising" - let people know not to expect it. They may as well just paid for standard shipping.

    WE have sold and bought several items through ebay and it is taking much longer than estimated time of arrival I am extremely dissatisfied with the new tracking system I really hope you can get this fixed as it is very irritating to be waiting on something you ordered and it takes twice as long as it should or have a customer wait on a product they ordered PLEASE GET THIS FIXED IT SHOULD NOT TAKE ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO GET PRODUCT FROM CALIFORNIA!!!!

    This is absolutely horrible. I've had a "processing exception" for almost 3 weeks now. I sent something through USPS and when it was sent back, I was told it left this facility and about 3 different times it was supposedly en route to my house. Then, I get a notification saying it's delayed...and THEN I see that it says "processing exception." I've had my package out for months. There are some serious, serious problems at this facility.

    I'm so disappointed in this postal service to be very sincere. I'm in Saint Robert and my sisters sent me a mail which was damaged and repackaged without my balance stuff that I needed the most. When I called to get transfer to a representative, I wasn't. I'm so hurt and it's unfortunate that it has to be me. This issue needs to stop. I'll never do business with this service again except there's no other way out.

    My household has a package with tracking # 4206472400009205592767756062272797 that arrived at the KCK distribution center on March 16. It says that it left the facility on March 16 but was suppose to be in transit on March 18. As of today we have never received the package. I have friends, cousins and other family members who are served by this distribution center who have had the same problem. As a former postal service employee it would appear to me that this center has some serious problems that need to be checked out.
