5.0 out of 5 starsBest thing you can do for osteoarthritis

Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 2, 2019

I had been suffering with osteoarthritis for about 10 months. I was taking allover for months along with chondroitin products. The pain was mostly in my knee and shoulders (rotated cups).
2 orthopedist recommended knee surgery. One of the P.A. s in the office recommended UC-2, this was the brand he took for his shoulder problems.
I was taking Mobic daily along with this product; after a few weeks I was having less pain, and my range of motion improved. I cut back on the Rd and improved further. I've been taking it now 3 months and am back to 90%
I think I will be off my Rx completely very soon.
I thank the P.A. for recommending it and the company for making it.

Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health is a dietary supplement made entirely of natural fish oil and herbal products that target joint pain and inflammation. According to Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health reviews from customers, it is especially effective in relieving lower back, knee and back pain caused by aging and excessive exercise.

These ingredients are often used to reduce inflammation in the body, so the product looks consistent. This suggests that supplements may work well when used in combination with regular exercise and a healthy diet.

Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health was created to reduce pain. This anti-inflammatory supplement promises to relieve joint and muscle pain through its unique botanical combination.

Pros

  • Boron works to support bone health

Cons

  • Incomplete formula – missing key ingredients such as glucosamine, MSM, turmeric, and chondroitin
  • Oral collagen does not work!
  • Hyaluronic acid dose is only 3.3mg, whereas the minimum effective dose for joints used in studies is 80mg

In our eyes, Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health is an overpriced joint supplement. You can make your own joint stack from the ingredients it uses for much cheaper, and with fewer gimmicks. If you’re looking for something that actually works for joint pain and flexibility, why not check our definitive joint supplement guide.

What is Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health?

Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health Formula

Kirkland Signature Triple Action Joint Health side effects

This is a very expensive formula for what we’re getting. Big time! Competitors like Performance Lab Flex can ship internationally at a lower price than this product and contain far better ingredients, making them the number one joint health supplement. We’re left with an impression that Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health has invested more in the marketing than the actual contents of the product.

Keep in mind that the ingredients used in Kirkland Joint Supplement are similar to other products on the market, with different extraction methods. Therefore, it’s not worth investing in this formula when there are better options on the market.

Below, we’ll explain what each ingredient does and why we think Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health is a pretty terrible supplement! See for yourself.

Collagen

Collagen is a protein found in the body and is required for the health of skin, bones, joints and other tissues. If your body has enough protein to make collagen, you don’t need collagen supplements.

Collagen supplements are often used by people who experience joint pain or have undergone joint replacement. Although collagen is generally seen as safe, it has low oral bioavailability, so supplementation is sort of pointless, unless you’re taking 10s of grams of this ingredient (which Kirkland’s product obviously doesn’t have).

Boron

Boron supplements are often used to relieve the symptoms of arthritis. They have been shown to significantly reduce the patient’s morning pain, tenderness and stiffness.

Boron supplements are an effective way to reduce the symptoms associated with arthritis. Persistent symptoms should be reported to your doctor for thorough examination.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid supplements are common in the market for people with joint pain. Supplements are known to relieve joint pain and inflammation.

Supplements contain glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and other nutrients that stimulate joints. It is also known to prove joint health by promoting a healthy balance of synovial fluid that helps smooth joints and heal injuries.

However, it is advisable to consult your doctor before purchasing these supplements if you have any existing health problems or if you are taking any medications that may work with the supplements.

Side effects of Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health

Kirkland Triple Action Joint health is a safe product. For most healthy individuals, it shouldn’t cause side effects. The ingredients in this product are all well-studied for their safety. Plus, the doses in Kirkland Triple Action Joint Helath are low so the risk of negative reaction is even slimmer.

That said, the main ingredient to watch out for in Kirkland Triple Action is collagen. In rare cases, it can cause drug interactions and side effects.

Collagen is a protein found in skin, bones, tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissues. It is one of the major components of the extracellular matrix. Collagen is also found in many parts of the body, including blood vessels and lymph vessels. This protein helps keep these structures strong and healthy by supporting nearby cells.

However, supplementation doesn’t work due to poor oral bioavailability. Which can lead to digestive upset, but also several other side effects:

  • Constipation
  • diarrhea
  • nausea
  • Abdominal pain or cramps

Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health Pricing & Value: Do We Think it’s Worth the Money?

Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health does not offer a money-back guarantee. However, if you haven’t opened the product, the company will accept a refund within 90 days of the first purchase.

Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health is not the best value right now – not by a long shot.

Considering what it offers, the price of Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health is high compared to other joint health supplements.

Conclusion to our Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health Report

Kirkland Triple Action Joint Health is lacking several ingredients known to promote joint health, such as glucosamine and chondroitin.

There are many joint support supplement options available on the market. Many of these supplements contain more comprehensive formulas, better ingredient doses, and higher-quality ingredients than active ingredients of Kirkland Triple Action, but at a lower price.
