The colour is not true though. I had my hair bleached out to a very light shade of blond - even lighter than the lightest picture on the side of the box. The result was not a "smokey lavender" at all. I applied 2 boxes as I have long hair and had more than enough product to completely saturate my head, so much that it was nearly dripping. The colour still came out almost patchy in spots: silvery and a darker purple shade that didn't really represent "smokey lavender" at all. Even coppery near the roots. The fade out was fast on this PERMANENT shade.
