OUR STORY

Mad For Chicken is a restaurant chain best known for its signature soy garlic chicken and unique Korean inspired dishes. Established in 2005, MFC has been flapping their wings ever since. With rustic designs and comfortable ambiance, the locations are known to be a “go to” place for groups of all sizes. In 2020, the company set forth to franchise and fulfill its worldwide mission of getting everyone to become “MAD” for their chicken.

MFC prides themselves on having the best fried chicken, with a crunch more satisfying than anything else. The signature chicken is made with a thin layer of flour, double fried to perfection, and then each piece is individually hand brushed with a secret sauce. MFC’s secret sauce comes in 2 unique flavors, soy garlic and spicy garlic. Crispy and crunchy on the outside, yet so juicy on the inside!

  "Korean fried chicken is sooooo friggin good especially their iconic soy garlic flavor. Overall menu is a bit pricier than other fried chicken joints however it's truly worth the he extra few $$$ Other items on their menu include various sandwiches, salads, bowls and array of sides but star of the show is simply chicken. I personally love the Radish, sweet and vinegary compliment the chicken perfectly. Great food, great service and great music. I'm sold."
