McDonalds Happy Meal Toys for 2022 continue to be distributed across the McDonalds fast food network of restaurants in Australia and New Zealand despite predictions that these will be discontinued at some point in the near future. While other countries have had promotions of some paper toys, McDonalds happy meal toys downunder continue to be made from plastic. The one exception is the Tiny Detective readers that are offerred as an alternative to the current toy with a happy meal.  Best McDonalds Toys for 2022In terms of the promotions of McDonalds happy meal toys in 2022, it has been a good year so far for quality promotions: Sonic The Hedgehog 2 and Minions 2 toys are two examples from the first half of the year. However, without the big promotions like Space Jam, Pokemon and Spongebob Squarepants that we saw in 2021, 2022 does not look like it can compete with the McDonalds happy meal toys released in 2021. It is debatable what has been the best McDonalds toys set for the 2022. Perhaps the most popular promotion by far is the Sonic the hedgehog 2 toys. The Dreamworks Favourites happy meal toys have also been popular as they feature characters from a range of kids movies made by Dreamworks. The Top Trumps Cards have also been a hit with the kids.
