Baldwin will be there between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to encourage people to apply. She spoke to WRAL News about the challenges the city has had when it comes to staffing. "Many of our restaurants are struggling," Baldwin said. "They would love to open up during the day, but they can't, because they don't have the employees to do it ... there are some really wonderful opportunities." Representatives from McDonald's will also discuss the company's educational benefits, like tuition assistance, and pay.
