Guy passed out as we were about to take off so we turned back to the gate and sat on the plane for over 30 mins while we waited for medical personnel to check the guy out. Then had to wait another 15 mins for the fuel truck to refill us because we had burnt so much sitting there. I understand that we had to turn back due to his condition but why was he not removed from the plane and put on a later flight when he felt better instead of making all of us late? You would think after all this the crew would be kind and appreciate our patience but 2 of the flight attendants were the exact opposite of that. Both of them were very short with people and the one kept rolling her eyes at people as they were handing out drinks. The only thing I would give 5 stars is the tv entertainment. My seat wouldn’t even recline for me to enjoy though."

This particular flight from Phoenix to Vegas took us longer then if we were to drive and I then spent more in RideShare. I won't be doing it again next year."

One worker seemed interested in helping, but another rudely butted in and said there "were no seats together, the flight was full." Come to find out the flight was not full, there were whole rows not full. The groups near our seats rearranged ourselves so we could be by our family members, so it worked out. No thanks to the person at the terminal. Really long walk from the gate to the plane. No food on a cross country flight. Only a few cups of water/soda and a cookie. which unfortunately is typical now days. The lights were off the whole trip. The captain kept turning on the seat belt sign for the turbulence. Which there was a lot of. But then he would announce for everyone to go back to their seats. It wasn't huge bumps, just a little rough. and it woke everyone up by announcing it multiple times."

We fly AA ALOT for ourselves and other. WCB4350 Shipman. We don’t complain ever. But when you spend what we do and only just get your first drink with your dinner in the air is utterly ridiculous. Never got a clean up or a second drink. Had to interrupt the glam squad from their phones and make up bringing them our dirty glasses and trash asking for a second drink. Not impressed with this crew at all! Normally AA IS TOP KNOTCH. So it sets the standard that we’ve been accustomed to however complete and total letdown on this flight"

So I cancelled and only then did I find out that once I booked it through their site I could not get a refund for the car and I could only get a voucher for use on one of their flights! And only after they take out any fees and costs that was accrued! So angry!"

What makes it worse was these were not tickets I bought last week but on united economy they only give you seat selection just days prior and no explanation as to why you are placed in a particular row. Stuck near the bathroom and the seats do not decline at all though they deceptively provide the button to recline your seats. Horrible experience and one more reason to not fly United."

Cons: "I collect disability each month so I am on a very tight budget. The Spanish speaking woman that pushed my wheelchair told me that I can bring my water bottles full of water through the metal detectors. I asked if she could take me somewhere to pour them out and refill them on the other side. They threw them away at the metal detector. So I had to buy a new bottle for my medicine that I have to take. You would think she would have got it by me carrying these bottles around but nope. She actually said to me that I can give her gratuity now if I wanted. I gave her $1. She then replied in a sarcastic voice " Thankyou you are soooo generous. I don't like feeling obligated to tip somebody because I am disabled and have a bullet in my head."

Cons: "For a 5 hour flight, instead of a glass of coke or juice, I should get the whole can. Need an alternative to a cookie. some people have 'sugar problems'."

Cons: "I booked the comfort economy seating that I normally do with Delta. With their additional cost you get a larger seating area, free in-flight movies, reserved compartment space for your carry on and a free drink. No such thing with United. They did try to have movies through their app, but it wouldn't play long enough to allow you to watch."

I packed light (thankfully) but the thought of paying for carry on is laughable if anyone actually paid. I'd rather just check my bag if I have to pay to carry it on anyway. A little ridiculous to charge for carry on, just make people check their bag if there isn't enough space in flights."

Cons: "My father bought me this plane ticket to go visit my family. Even though he paid for the flight, I was then responsible for paying for my seat and bags for both round trip flights. This airline is best described in one word: ghetto. My flight home was cancelled due to high winds in Las Vegas (which I understand is not the airlines fault). However, the airline did absolutely nothing to accommodate their customers in finding a new way home. When I called customer service to try to find a new flight, the man assisting me was extremely rude and unhelpful and when I asked to speak with his supervisor he hung up on me! Thankfully, Alaska Airlines took care of me and found me a flight to Los Angeles, where I then had to rent a car and drive home to Las Vegas, arriving at 5 in the morning, a 16+ hour day of traveling (which then led to me getting sick and missing 2 days of work). To top it off, spirit airlines then emailed me "we are so sorry, here's a $50 voucher". First of all, what in the hell is $50 going to do???? Second, how about you refund my money for my checked bag and seat on the plane and refund my father his money for the flight that never occurred? Or how about refunding me the $500 i paid in a new flight to LAX and rental car so that I could get home? I am extremely disappointed in spirit airlines and will NEVER use them ever again. And I will make sure to let everyone I know follow the same advice too."

Cons: "I received an email that my original flight was delayed so I called to get reschedules since it would make me miss my connection. The customer service agents were terrible, suggesting I fly out of Detroit instead of Cleveland (3 hours away) and fly into LA or San Diego INSTEAD of San Francisco (6-8 hours away). I got rebooked onto another flight with 3 connections instead of two. Then once at airport my new flight was delayed about 7 times. Water leaking into the back of the plane and they couldn't figure out why, according to gate agents. Of course I was going to miss my connection (again) and so I had to spend the night in LA on a layover instead of my destination. Gate agents were rude and gossiping about customers. Additionally not allowing overhead bin space, charging customers different prices for checking bags, and not even giving out a glass of water when customers have been waiting 6 hours for a flight then on a 5 hour flight is ridiculous. These people have no idea what customer service is."

Flight attendants zoom by before I can throw away my trash or ask a question, and they don't help customers with overhead storage."

When purchased the tickets, there was no information about this unless I researched the airline before purchase."
