The greens added definitely give it a more greeny flavor so I probably not the best for mixing in your coffee but super great in smoothies!

Both my wife and I started using the product about a month ago. We are both retired.
Although it's early days...Our hair appears healtier, my nails seem to grow faster and our skin feels and looks smoother.
We plan to continue using and monitor the results.
So far, so good.
