When you first encounter her, she will introduce herself to you as Renna, and will then give you the Spirit Calling Bell, which allows you to summon spirits. The next time you meet her will be at the Three Sisters location, where she will reveal her true name to be Ranni. From then on Ranni’s new location is going to be at Ranni’s Rise. However, at a certain point, Ranni can no longer be at her tower there, seemingly missing. Understandably, players are confused over what they need to do to get her to once again spawn there. At some point during Ranni’s quest, she will instruct you to find and defeat the Starscourge Radahn. You will need to do this if you want to get to Nokron Eternal City. It is at this point that Ranni can go missing from her tower. So, how to fix this and get Ranni to once again appear there? Well, what you need to do is to first kill Starscourge Radahn. This boss can be found at Redmane Castle, a location in the Caelid region of the game. We don’t have to tell you that, like any other boss battle in Elden Ring, Radahn is a very tough enemy to beat. But once you do manage to pull this off, then Ranni should once again be back at her Ranni’s Rise tower. If Ranni is still not appearing there after this, then some players have reported that they have managed to get Ranni to spawn there again by using the Absolution feature in Elden Ring. Very early in your exploration of Elden Ring world you will find out that you need to prepare your character for different tasks. You'll need to learn how to use Ashes of War, how to two-hand weapons, or use magic spells during the course of your adventures. Why can't I find ranni the witch?How to Find Ranni the Witch. Ranni the Witch can be found at Nightfall in Ranni's Rise, but you'll need to complete Caria Manor and defeat Royal Knight Loretta to reach the Three Sisters region first. Once you're done, travel southwest to Ranni's Rise and head up, touching the Site of Grace along the way.
What to do when Ranni disappears?When you next return to Ranni's Rise in Elden Ring, you'll see that Ranni has disappeared, her spot replaced with a Site of Grace. Where you'll want to go now is Renna's Rise - the tower to the north of Three Sisters.
Where to find Ranni after she leaves her tower?Once you sit at a Site of Grace, you'll now be able to head to Renna's Rise, the previously inaccessible tower. It houses a portal that takes you into Ainsel River. Nearby you'll find the Miniature Ranni. Take her to a grace and talk to her until she replies.
