It's mostly because I'm allergic to the blue died ones and scented ones, but in the end, this works better anyways. I mix it 50/50 with water to avoid it being too strong in my HE machine, so I get a full gallon of unscented non chlorine bleach for a bargain. Retails for about $4.50 at your local Sally's, $3.50 if you're a Sally's club member.
