Q: What happens when you start a New Game Plus in Spider

Spider-Mans New Game Plus mode allows you to replay the games story from the beginning, but you have access to every suit, skill, gadget, mod, and benchmark you unlocked in a previous playthrough. However, all open world activities will reset.

Skills, gear upgrades, suit unlocks. If it's related to Spidey and his abilities, it carries over. If it relates to the world and exploration, it's reset.

When darkness falls, will we be found worthy of the precious light the legend speaks of?

Audio Logs
Bugle Papers
Crime Towers

ALL of that is reset in New Game Plus. The stuff that gets carried over, however, are:

Spider-Man's current level
All unlocked abilities
All web gadgets and gadget upgrades
All currently unlocked/revealed suits and suit powers

I honestly don't remember if your tokens carry over or not, though...

Your tokens do carry over, and you can unlock more of them in the new game. So you dont have to waste your time getting gold in challenges.

Your tokens do carry over, and you can unlock more of them in the new game. So you dont have to waste your time getting gold in challenges.

Oh, thank god. Getting gold in some of those is a right pain. Guess I'll just go through those in the original file and start a NG+ from there. It'd be a lot easier.

Yes. As many as are in the regular game.

Best part of NG+ is that I won't have to torture myself to get gold in almost all the challenges.

Combat and Stealth were easy enough to gold, but bombs and especially the drones I can barely get silver.

Sir Markham pointed out, drinking another brandy. "A chap who can point at you and say 'die' has the distinct advantage".

This.

I didnt have much trouble with the combat, stealth or bombs, but i could be doing my best swinging and still fall short of gold every time. I was short 3 suit upgrades which i thought i would never obtain, but when i started up NG+ i still had all my tokens and new challenges to complete.
