Try to divide and prevent the other players from reaching a peaceful conclusion etc etc. While this much is true perhaps there were other ways the MC could have had the same outcome but without deaths and relying on pure trickery. His existence is actually okay-ish inside the world itself. It's not like humans have to cooperate to beat it all. The gods organizing said 'game' have their own goals and thus there is a place for his character in said game world. An entertaining read as long as you don't overthink it Kind of random and unsatisfying. The main character's motivations aren't clear and the game he's stuck in doesn't seem to have any clear rules. Is he playing to survive? To be the strongest? What's the point No character development. We don't really get to know who the main is (besides he's always been antisocial, he just had to hide it IRL before the game) There's a side character that has more interesting back story than him I really like the concept and wish it were fleshed out better.
