Where to watch India vs West Indies cricket live?

India take on West Indies in the fifth and final T20I in Florida on August 7. The fourth T20I was played on August 6, Saturday in Florida as well. THe visitors won the game by 59 runs and bagged another T20I series win against the Windies. Both teams reached Miami by Thursday for the final two T20Is on Saturday and Sunday.

This was after the Guyanese President made the necessary arrangements for the visa clearance for the two teams and the visas were finally handed over to them. Cricket West Indies (CWI) President Ricky Skerritt has confirmed that the two games will be now played in Florida as per schedule.

“It was a timely and influential diplomatic effort by His Excellency,” said Ricky Skerritt, the president of Cricket West Indies (CWI), thanking the head of the Guyana government.

Meanwhile, the final two games present a lot of opportunities for both teams to continue their experiments. The final game will also present a host of opportunities for teams to try out various combinations. For India, the decision to open with Suryakumar Yadav certainly worked in the third and the fourth T20Is. 

For West Indies, Kyle Mayers and Brandon Kings have provided substantial starts while opening the batting. Nicholas Pooran decided to bat at number four in the game. He was well set on 24 off 8 balls and looked good to get a big one. However, he was run out after a miscommunication with Kyle Mayers. 

“We know they got off to a flying start, but I was happy with the way our guys came back. Unfortunately we didn’t get a partnership, it was a par score. Not ideal to get run out, it changed the game. There was some miscommunication. But the other guys could have put their hands up and taken us over the line” said Pooran after the fourth T20I loss.
