So in order to solve this answer on my calculator, what I could do is I can set up two equations. I could say, okay, Y sub one equals my left side, log base 0.5 of X. And Y. Sub two equals my right side. Log base three of two plus X. Where plus X. Is outside of the log rhythm. Okay so how can I rewrite these? Well log base 0.5 doesn't exist in my calculator but I can write log base 10 of X. Over log base 10 of 0.5. Remember um when there's no base it's assumed that this is log base 0.5. Then my other one I could write this as this can transform as log base two. All over a log base three. And then I'm still adding X. Outside of this function because the plus X is not inside the logarithms. So Which of these would be true? Well this would be the 4th choice because this plus sex. If it was inside the log rhythm it had parentheses around it. But since it doesn't Log Base two over log base three plus X. Outside of it.
