On September 18, the 2016 Emmy awards took place. American Ninja Warrior was nominated for Best Reality Competition Program. It did not win. Show But Ninja Warrior Jessie Graff walked the red carpet. She did some casual kicks. Cameras clicked. The Internet squealed with joy at their new hero. This doesn’t even look real. She’s doing that WEARING HEELS. Did she... did she just do a back flip to twirl her dress instead of a spin? Yes. Yes, she did. Even Sporty Spice freaked out. MELANIE C, PEOPLE.
