Fame, New Jersey’s Mike “Miggs” Migliorisi contracted master craftsman Bill Simon to build a replica of Duke’s famous surfboard to donate to the Hall of Fame. This “Alaia” plank is 10 feet long, 23” wide and 3” thick, and is made of a single piece of 100% naturally felled, old growth curly redwood. It is an exact replica of a Duke Kahanamoku surfboard acquired by the Duke Estate. Pictured, l-to-r, are Mike “Miggs” Migliorisi, ECSHOF President Gary Germain, and ECSHOF Founding President and
