I feel like I’m losing my mind, so here I am on reddit asking a bunch of strangers for advice.

I recently started being exclusive with this guy. At first it was everything I could have hoped for. We seemed to connect SO well on just about everything. Felt like we were on the same page. Every date we went on was amazing. I honestly felt like I had met the one for me - it was perfect.

We have been dating since October, but recently went exclusive about a month ago. So we haven’t been doing this too long.

We are kind of long distance, he lives about an hour from me. So communication is pretty important to me, since we aren’t able to hang out too often.

He has a lot going on in his life, which is amazing and It’s one of the things I really like about him. I get that he’s busy. We lead separate lives. Sometimes he takes hours to get back to me, which is okay, BUT what really bothers me is that I see him active on Instagram constantly without getting back to my texts. Simple questions that would take 2 seconds to respond to. Sweet texts that deserve a timely response back.
