1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION Esteemed Advisor @snarfyguy Sounds as if Paypal may suspect that you are sending payment via friends/family for purchases?? Your best bet is to contact them to see. Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? voluntary. Contributor Contacted customer service and they are looking into it (the "within 24 to 48 hours" (*eye roll*) period in which they pledged to get back to me has elapsed though). The woman I was on the phone with kept asking me to read her what was on my screen on the "send money" page (which I did), but when I offered to email her a screen shot, she said she wouldn't be able to receive the email - odd.
