Ok so I'm generally not a fan of plastic. It looks and feels a little cheap, but boy does it work. Turns smoothly and honestly you don't know you need the tilt feature until you try this bad boy. Makes decorating much easier. I like the feature that the table top comes off for easy cleaning and the angles it allows you to work at are great! Also the grips on the turntable are great to keep the cake from sliding. This is an awesome cake stand. Whether you are decorating or simply displaying your cake, this is great tool to have. It adjusts very easily I like the Wilton tilt n turn but I did expect more out of this for the price. It is sturdy, it doesn’t slide on the counter which is good. Be careful tilting a cake on this.. the “grips” do not always hold well and your cake can fall off. I also wish that it would spin faster.
