I got a buyer who location is Australia, but the shipping address shows as below:

is it a scam? Or it's safe to ship?? 

Hi evryone, I made a sale, and this address was given to me, 1850 Airport Exchange Blvd #200
Erlanger, KY 41025. I didnt request internacional shipping to my understanding! But the sistema did! I Would like to cancel the sale, and refund money to buyer rigth now! Any help with that maner? Thank you! By the way, I have being told that that address is from scams!!! 

That address is the Global Shipping Program's address.

You have the GSP set on both the item in your Sold listings and the currently active listing. Open either one, go to the Shipping/Payment tab, set the destination country to another country, click the reset button and the GSP logo and caption appear on your listings. BOTH of them.

Go to My eBay > Account > Site Preferences > Selliing Preferences > Shipping Preferences. Click Show. Check Offer the Global Shipping Program -- I'll bet you have it set to YES.

The winner for your sold item is apparently registered outside the US in a country that the GSP serves, so your ship to address is the GSP in Erlanger, Kentucky. The GSP will unpack the item, evaluate it and if it's OK to ship internationally, they will bill the buyer for all the international shipping and any import/customs fees due for the item.

In theory, you have no responsiblity beyond getting the item to the GSP in Kentucky on time and in as described condition. You get the payment that is deposited in your Paypal account, pay the Final Value Fee on your winning price and shipping to Kentucky. GSP deals with everything else.

You should probably stop relying on advice from whoever told you that.  The Erlanger address is (as noted in the other post) the central processing location for the GSP, and your listing did offer it.  

You have no valid reason to cancel the transaction, so you would get a defect point on your account, and jut a few of those can get your suspended from selling on eBay.

So I just sold an external 1TB hard drive on ebay. I never saw the little note at the bottom that said "International sale thru Global Shipping Program" as well as "our funds will be available on: Unavailable* "

So went onto the page to print the shipping label/look at the address. I did not print/buy a shipping label yet.

I see it says the address "1850 Airport Exchange Blvd #200 Erlanger, KY 41025 United States"

So I did some more searching on the internet and it seems like this is an international global shipping site where ebay then ships it out to the real address (I think). I am pretty unsure about this. The guy that bought it has about 300 positive reviews, so I am pretty sure it is legit. I just never had a buyer like this before. When I check the price of the shipping, it is only costing me $7.00 dollars. I just want to make sure I am not going to get screwed out of more money for shipping and/or scammed out of the whole payment. The guy is located in New Zealand.

Can someone shed some light on this subject?

The way eBay's global shipping center works is when you purchase an item from eBay with an international address they ask us (the seller) to ship it to eBay's global shipping center in KY.  We ship your item to eBay's global shipping center and then they are responsible for the rest of your item's journey including all customs forms and import charges. After it arrives in KY we are no longer responsible for the order and do not have tracking for the international portion of the trip.
