If your bill is in very good condition it may worth $15 if the serial number does not contain a star, and $75 if the serial number does contain a star.
If the bill is uncirculated it may worth up to $425 if the serial number contain a star.

Most 1963 bills are very common and wouldn't get more than 1.5*face value, depends on condition.

I have one that is a 1963 red seal note and it features the star. It doesn't have any holes, but it has clearly been circulated.. it kind of has a weird number to it. Any clue?

A replacement banknote is a banknote that is printed to replace a faulty one and is used as a control mechanism for governments or monetary authorities to know the exact number of banknotes being printed. Also, since no two serial numbers can be the same, the bill is simply reprinted with a symbol in the serial number, identifying it as a replacement for an error note. Replacement bills have different symbols to mark the error around the world, although the most popular examples are "star notes".

These bills were signed by them US Treasurer Kathryn
O'Hay Granahan and C.Douglas Dillon.
