Are her pleasure condoms worth it?

Quality strength, lube and sensation.

SENSATION
These condoms have not received any exceptional verbal feedback or criticism from any of my female partners (I don't think they have much a preference most of the time), but intuitively I feel they do enjoy them more so than others and they have definitely become one of my personal favorites. I'm not very sensitive, so the wrong condom can ruin my experience. While it may have no major effect for women, it certainly enhances my (male) stimulation between lubrication on both sides for more fluid, smooth movement coupled with the relaxed fit and ribbed shaft -- sort of allows the condom to shift when necessary and yet drag along for more stimulation (a perfect balance of friction where you feel all the lovely pressure of penetrating but no irritating friction), almost simulating the feeling of raw-dogging. This is one of the few condoms I've been able to climax in.

LUBE
Another bonus is the quality of lube. I was involved with one woman who had a noticeable self-lubrication issue, that she felt a bit self-conscious about, and we had thus had been incorporating water-based lube when not using these condoms. That means refilling probably every 10-12 minutes or when changing positions. When we switched to using these, again these condoms proved their worth in providing just enough quality lube to get things started quickly and subsequently her self-lubrication kicked in nicely, to the point where soon enough we were experiencing some warm mid-afternoon showers. A few times, she rode for well over 30 minutes and we never felt the need to refill. She absolutely loved them and we literally would go all day every Saturday, from brunch to well after dessert, long after our arms and legs had given out. So I think it's safe to assume the lube is very kind to ladies as well, especially those who encounter a lot of friction.

STRENGTH
I've gone through at least 8 boxes at this point, never a break and I can't say that about most brands.

Ummm where do I start these are definitely for her pleasure. I could barely feel a thing but that also meant I can go on forever. I was dripping sweat in places I shouldn’t be sweating in and my body had to give up before little man did which is impressive. After multiple times and two hours of completing her wildest dreams and myself not finishing once we both decided to tap out and I got the most amazing sleep of my life after.

Are her pleasure condoms worth it?

I usually buy the "her pleasure" type condoms because in a weird way, I want my girlfriend to enjoy sex more than I do. They usually just have very thin ridges in them, none of the fancy gel that gets hot or cold or whatever.

So I'm wondering, do the special "for women's pleasure" condoms actually make a difference?

Are her pleasure condoms worth it?

level 1

Personally, they don't make a difference. After a while they start to hurt. I was taught that its a marketing ploy to make the men feel better about not making their partners orgasm (or something like that)

level 2

I can imagine the convo going on at the companies making condoms:

"We need something new... Any ideas?"

"Well, we could try to cater to the guys who can't get their girls to cum."

"Excellent idea, let's put ridges in there so she'll scream in agony. Those goofballs will just think she came AMIRITE?"

evil laugh

level 2

Same, most condoms actually hurt for me, but the ribbed or pleasure ones are the absolute worst. Anything that isn't a plain flat condom feeling like I'm taking a drill bit up there, and kills the mood pretty damn quick. =/

level 2

It's like being fucked with sandpaper. I hated those with a passion.

level 2

Me too - the friction is terrible, and you can't even feel the ribbing...

level 1

No, they don't add anything. But never ever ever ever ever EVER buy condoms with "warming" lubes.

level 2

Like the Fire and Ice trojan condoms? That shit BURNS

level 2

or lubes! we bought the ky yours & mine because it sounded nice. his is nice and cooling. mine was like a thousand fires.

level 2

I had a girl try to put a condom on me with her mouth once, it was dark, she didn't look at the pack then couldn't talk right all night. Said it was like a thousand cinnamon hearts in her mouth.

ribbed is a strange one. Have a think about what those ribs are actually doing.. with every thrust, they are scooping lube/juice OUT of whatever you're thrusting into. That doesn't sound like a formula for success for either the thrusted or the thrustee. Marketing bullshit would be a more accurate way of describing ribs...

The purpose is to increase friction. They're meant to be used with a lot of lube or with women that get too wet/loose.

Sort of surprised you didn't say that they work by improving the male's confidence/outlook and that a happier/more confident male increases overall satisfaction of both participants in clinical trials.

disc: I read your boilerplate everywhere.

Well, a friend of mine swore up and down that she had like eighteen orgasms at once and fireworks went of and all that when she used them.

I found them to be less exciting. I assume it depends on the person.

ribbs=bad, polkadots=good

I probably wouldn't feel the ridges, to be honest. An ex got a hold of a french tickler and while I definitely felt the bumps, that was NOT a good thing. Ouch!

level 1

Am I the only one here? Sometimes I don't notice, but if they have ridges or whatever, I can usually tell the difference. I think they feel great! I don't use them all the time, but sometimes it's a nice surprise.

and a note about the hot/cold condoms...DON'T. It was just...uncomfortable.

They go in nice and smooth and are comfortable the whole time. They also seem to provide a more secure fit than some other condoms, so I can feel more of his natural texture when he wears these.

Do for her condoms work?

If used correctly, female condoms are 95% effective. They protect against pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
