Can you get +1 rings in NG ++ ds3?

First answer was right, the originals appear in their normal places in addition to the added rings in NG+.

As I understand it, the achievement only requires one version each ring to have been found. So if you only have a +2 version of a Hunter's ring, that should still count as finding the Hunter's Ring for the purpose of the achievement.

He probably wants the trophy for having them all.

I didn't know +1 and +2 rings counted towards the trophy too, holy s***. now I gotta look for a good checklist to make sure I'm not missing any of the +1 and +2 rings, f***.

If you have to go to ng++ for the rings and are going to ng plus just for the rings, there's little reason to throroughly play through ng+, just rush to ng++ asap.

I get where you're coming from, but I love this game too much. I have no problem playing through it 3 times with my full attention. The only other game I'm looking forward to is Uncharted. Then after that every thing I'm interested in doesn't even have a set release date. I've got plenty of time.

Short answer to the topic

Yes you can

coldblade01 6 years ago#3

Maybe I'm not understanding.. but the gesture you get from sirris is for darkmoon cov... the rosaira cov I was pretty sure you just have to get to it in cathedral of the deep(wutever its called)

Yeah Sirris goes against Rosario and so you can't get the ring on the same playthrough as the gesture b/c even if you want to do the gesture and give up on sirris quest you have to do the Gesture in the Swamp before Sirris summon on my he bridge. Anyways you might want to make a different character just for getting all the gestures and keep your character in NG++ for getting all the rings since you need to be in NG++ for that anyways.

Just so you know, you can do two of the endings in one go by just reloading your save from a usb drive.

kah 6 years ago#8

You can also go for the gesture and just ask someone to drop you the silvercat ring.

Can't you just finish sirris quest, get the ring, then join Rosaria? That's what I did on my first playthrough, or am I missing something associated with Rosaria that you have to do at a certain time.

Can you miss rings in ds3?

If you miss a ring on your first playthrough, or even your second or third, you can still obtain on any following playthrough. Weather it's NG+2 or NG+20 all the rings stay where they originally are placed, they do not go away simply because you've continued playing.

Does ds3 get harder on NG+?

8/10 Twice Stronger Enemies Each time a player finishes the game and goes for NG+, souls become higher, and enemies become more vigorous. But the amount of buff these bad boys get is not too much, and it will take a player six playthroughs to be able to spawn twice as stronger enemies.

How many rings can you get in first playthrough ds3?

First playthrough has 70 rings available. Second playthrough has 91 rings available. Third playthrough has 107 rings available.

How do you get Havel ring +1 ds3?

+1 Version (NG+): Archdragon Peak. From the Great Belfry bonfire, proceed down the stairs and make your way towards all the giant enemies on the left, they'll be patrolling near the only ruins you can see. The ring will be on a corpse in there.
