Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.

Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

If you do not already have a coaxial cable line running into your home, the technician will install a new line and test it for you.
