They cannot do anything outside of the atm. Chase...this is a total waste of rental/operational costs. There is no need for a bank with no tellers. Close this waste of $ down, or let us actually complete banking transactions through a teller. One or the other!

I tried to call the branch several times today for notarization and also to talk to someone about moving my checking/savings account to them since I also use Chase credit cards. No answer.

You cant get anyone to pick up the phone at this location. I stopped in to speak with a bank associate , but they said I need to make an appointment. So, I called to make one and I cant get anyone on the line! Its been 30 minutes so far. So frustrating...
