I'm giving this item 4 stars since it doesn't include an actual episode list to know what episodes are on which disc. Blu-ray was released Jan 25th. Haven't had a chance to watch the complete series yet. But I'm looking forward to it and happy I now own Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers on Blu-ray.

My grandson is obsessed with Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers, so he is going to be watching these dvds a lot.

When I ordered this set I expected the usual poorly upscaled release that most TV sets get, especially cartoons. I was extremely surprised to find that they went back to the best quality source they could and what we have here is the best I think Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers will ever look. There are a few moments where the quality dips for a scene or 2 in some of the episodes where they couldn't find the original source but those were few and far between. Those moments do stick out like a sore thumb in what otherwise is a wonderful transfer. I do wish the set came with a booklet that had the episode titles. I also wish Disney would put the five part pilots at the beginning of the sets instead of on later discs, forcing you to start at disc 5 and then return to disc 1 to watch them in the proper order. However those are nitpicks when they did the most important thing and that was to give the show a quality, actually Blu-ray quality, transfer. Hopefully DuckTales, both new and old follow suit soon rather than later.

Video and audio quality are very good, looks and sounds better than streaming on Disney+. However, additional audio languages are not included. Had these been included, it would definitely get a 5 star rating.

Having seen the DVDs and the series on Disney+, this blu ray is now my preferred way of watching Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers. This version has the sharpest picture without cutting off the top and bottom of the screen, a problem present on Disney+. It also includes all 65 episodes while the original DVD did not include the final season. My one complaint is that they didn't seem to have an HD copy of the episode, Prehistarical Pet and they seem to have run it through a smoothing filter. The episode has the same issue on Disney+. Some special features would have been nice too but it's still a lot of value for the price. I can think of no better way to get ready for the new movie.

The Best Disney Afteroon series from the late 80s and early 90s is FINALLY came on Blu Ray for all 65 Episodes of "Disney's Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers" (1989-1990) for the first time ever. Tress MacNeille and Corey Burton are the iconic cartoon voice actors of Chip 'n' Dale and their SO cute and adorable. The animation looks fantastic. The aspect ratio size is now at Original 1.33.1 (4:3) as it SHOULD be and MUCH better than that cropped widesceen aspect from Disney Plus! For fans of Chip 'n' Dale, this is a MUST HAVE for your collection! I'd HIGHY recommended that you should get THIS series on Blu Ray! Thank You Disney!

This kept its original aspect ratio, and they didn't crop it into fake forced widescreen aspect by cutting the top and bottom off. The quality is also great, and better than amazon, or disney+ digital versions.

I hope to get more Disney classics like Gargoyles, Ducktales, Darkwing Duck, and Talespin in a similar or better quality.

On one hand, it has the full series on it. On the other, it has that stupid woke trigger warning on the back. Thankfully, that can be clipped off with scissors and none of the episodes start with that "Stories Matter" nonsense. Up yours, Disney.
