We got there around 4 am, and the front lobby person was not being very helpful. We had 1 reservation with 2 rooms, and she was blaming me because she couldn't find the
second room and told me to call Experian at 4 in the morning or pay the upfront price for the other room. Thankfully she was able to find it. The breakfast is frozen sausage sandwiches you have to warm up with a drink station COVERED in fruit flies. Our rooms smelt like mold. There was hair on our bathroom shower from previous tenants. The pool was over chlorinated and not cleaned well. The door was rusting over on the frame. Property is not well managed at all especially for over $100 a night.
But it was a place to sleep near what we were doing. So it was okay. Did not like that it was a little designated to go into location. in and waiting at front desk in the hot with a smell, to the room being very hot and a smell, air didn't work, no shower curtain, wasn't cleaned, and furniture messed up. I didnt have free cancelation or anything or i would have walked straight out soon as i was in the front and had to deal with a rude work as well.
