Mayor Anthony J. Court has set the Borough of  Ellwood City Trick or Treat for Monday, October 31st, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Court urges all pedestrians and motorists to use extreme caution and is hoping for a safe and fun-filled night for the children.

EVERYONE IS ASKED TO USE EXTREME CAUTION!

2021 Halloween Costume Contest Winners!

Congratulations to the 2021 winners of the annual EllwoodCity.org Halloween Costume Contest! The grand prize winner of the EllwoodCity.org contest was Lorenzo Geminiani, 9 months, and our second place winner was Connor Mannion. Lorenzo, dressed as the Lion from Wizard of Oz, collected over 260 likes to earn the first place cash prize. Twenty-six submitted photos were entered into the contest that ran for a full week after Halloween on our Facebook.com Page. Calling all ghosts, ghouls, goblins, and any other scary or funny outfits to get a laugh or scream – it’s time again for the annual EllwoodCity.org Halloween Costume Contest. REMINDER: Halloween Parade Set For October 23

The annual Ellwood City Halloween Parade will take place on Saturday, October 23rd in downtown Ellwood City. Halloween 2020 was a success! “It was a safe, fun-filled evening in Ellwood City,” according to a statement from Mayor Court office. “Thanks to all the participants and all seemed to use extreme precautions, motorists included. According to information made available from the Borough of Ellwood City this week, the Ellwood City and Ellport Trick or Treat times have changed. Hill View Manor Hosting Trick or Treat

On Sunday, October 25th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., school-age kids (ages 5-12) can visit a Scare Manor attraction (kid themed) and walk through a Truck n Treat area for treats at the Hill View Manor in New Castle. All admission fees for event will be donated to Shenango Township K-9 Unit. One nonpaying parent or guardian must accompany a minor at all times (up to 3 kids per adult). Ellwood City And Surrounding Areas Trick Or Treat Rescheduled

Due to weather forecasts, Ellwood City and many surrounding areas Trick Or Treat dates have been rescheduled to Saturday.
