I have used it on my friends and my vehicles and carry it in my Harley's Saddle bag's, people forget to switch off power I have used the jump box 46 times on one charge! Compressor is handy just set the desired pressure and leave it when it reaches the selected pressure it automatically shuts off. Grandkids use it to charge their smart devices when we travel, bought one for my son for Christmas buying one for my other son for his birthday. I have used it for all of its features several times and was very pleased with it. That was until attempting to check the tire pressure and inflate my car tires. The extension was letting the air out instead of checking the pressure or inflating the tire. I tried it on more than one tire and found it to do the same. Disappointed. I also own a RV and would be using this on the road to check air pressure and bring the tires up to acceptable tire pressure. I emailed the company to which their reply was, "Sorry past the return date and we do not sell the extension separately". Way to go standing behind your product. My advice, look into a more reliable and heavy duty unit. Especially if you are buying it for your kids or a parent. So I stumbled out in the pitch black night to get our 2 Halos out of the cars so we could at least plug a fan in like I had seen them do so many times during on air presentations. NOPE! This model does not come with a plug in for lamps/fans etc. It will only charge devices. I’m so disappointed. All of them have worked perfectly and have jumped many cars and charged a lot of phones and iPads. I have helped people at campgrounds, people in parking lots, friends, jumped a tractor, jumped a riding lawnmower and a pick up truck. I especially liked it when they introduced the halo with the AC plug but I haven’t used that near as much. But this new one is really the best of the best with the air station I have used to air up my bicycle tires, Garden cart tires and a wheel barrel tire so far! All you have to do is listen to the callers calling in when they offer these on QVC. And Sarah that introduces these and explains how to use them is the best she is the greatest. However, when we did have doctors’ appointments, our Sorento wouldn’t start. I called AAA, which was great, but there usually was some wait time. After the third call to AAA, I saw this on QVC and decided to try it. My daughter’s Rogue had same trouble, and she swears by her Halo. So worth the money! Easy to use and compact/lightweight. I’ve used it to power my iPad as I sit and surf, but I really should leave it out and more available. We had a power outage last week for several hours overnight.
