Here we have a first edition hard back with sleeve of J K Rowlings Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Show
This is one of the original print 2005 first edition copies with the error on page 99 stating 'eleven owls' which should have been 'ten'. Once this error was noticed print was stopped and the error corrected. There are just a few of these copies still about and are highly collectable. This copy is in good condition except the sleeve has some damage and there is a dedication written on the inside cover, no spine or page damage, the cover slip is unclipped, and the pages show no signs of 'grubby' fingering. Excellent jacket not price clipped and protected. The sixth Harry Potter book with the error; and it has the VERY GOOD classification for the book because the blank end paper at the front has been detached; also there is a 'You've had a warning!' on the half title (quite small and neat) and on the title page the same person has written 'I mean it now!' and finally, on the dedication page, it has 'Really!' on it in thin black pen. Apart from these faults this is a clean and tight first printing, with - and I must emphasise how rare this is - the uncorrected errors. Apart from the defects this looks to be unread.
