Post#2 » Sun Aug 23, 2020 8:59 pm I searched for "warhammer online combat formulas" and got viewtopic.php?t=971 this link. Post#3 » Sun Aug 23, 2020 10:46 pm Correct. Just a reminder to anyone looking at armour formulas that "armour penetration" is its own unique thing and should not be additively combined with effects that ignore or by-pass armour. So for tactics that ignore 50% of enemy armour, how would an additional 20% armour pen from WS apply? Defraz rr81 Magus Top kallelPosts: 6 kallelProfileJoined: Wed Apr 01, 2020 11:46 am Re: How exactly % reduced armor pen works?
Post#7 » Mon Aug 24, 2020 12:16 pm Based on this it should work like this: Code: Select all So if you had 4000 armor, 10% reduced armor pen and the attacker had 0 WS and other armor penetration it would be 4400 effective armor.Code: Select all I'm not sure if the implementation on RoR is different though.Top Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is the 2020 rerelease of the classic RPG Kingdoms of Amalur from way back in 2012. THEGAMER VIDEO OF THE DAY 10/10 Belen's Armor Set - MightThe Belen's Armor set is the perfect armor for those looking for a little more protection. Each piece of armor in the set focuses on melee block efficiency, granting a slight increase with each one. Additionally, the defense value and detail are both really impressive, making it a fun and useful piece of equipment. As a complete set, the Belen's Armor set grants you a series of incredible buffs. With the entire set equipped you'll be granted increased fire damage, ice damage, lightning damage, stun duration, and piercing damage. It covers all bases in terms of offensive moves, making it an invaluable set of armor. 9/10 Gaea's Armor Set - MightThe Gaea's Armor set does not only look incredible once equipped but is also extremely useful in battle. Sporting an almost owl-like design, this set of impressive armor offers a huge buff for those looking to stun their enemies. Once the entire set is complete, the Gaea's Armor set will grant you an increased chance to stun as well as an increased stun duration alongside adding extra armor. The combination of a higher chance to stun and stun duration can be very helpful in trickier combat engagements, making it a worthwhile set of armor. 8/10 Crucible Armor Set - MightThe Crucible Armor set's design feels like the perfect blend of fantasy tropes. It is a combination of Dwarven armor from The Lord of the Rings and the sleeker medieval armor found in games such as Skyrim. However, not only does it look great once equipped, but it is also incredibly useful. RELATED: The Things Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning Fixed (& The Things It Didn’t) The standard buffs granted by each individual piece of armor are fantastic enough without even considering the overall set bonus. However, should you combine every piece in the set, you'll receive increased armor, increased bleeding damage, and increased piercing damage. 7/10 Faehunter Armor Set - MightThere are so many great things about Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, from the engaging combat and the lush open environments to these phenomenal pieces of armor. The Faehunter Armor set is no exception as it proves to not only be a great-looking piece of armor but an incredibly useful one too. However, as a set you'll receive buffs to melee, ranged and magic block efficiency, as well as increased magical abilities and physical damage. 6/10 Captain's Vigilance Armor Set - FinesseFor those taking the Finesse route in Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, you may want to consider the Captain's Vigilance Armor set. Not only does it look great, being reminiscent of the Dark Brotherhood from Skyrim, but it also offers a series of fantastic buffs. By equipping the entire set you'll get increased health, mana, and Finesse abilities. While that may seem unimpressive, combined with the rest of the set's individual bonuses the Captain's Vigilance Armor set will make you a force to be reckoned with. 5/10 Justice Armor Set - FinesseThe Justice Armor set is a visually stunning piece of armor that transforms you from a simple fantasy rogue into a full-blown ninja. With this set equipped, you'll not only be able to have improved physical damage resistance, but also steal additional health per hit. This offers you increased damage resistance, bleeding resistance, critical hit damage, and health stolen on hit. 4/10 Lunala's Armor Set - FinesseThe Lunala's Armor set is a phenomenal armor set for someone taking the Finesse route. That's a lot of bonuses that will absolutely give you the upper hand in both offensive and defensive combat. 3/10 Dark Empyrean Armor Set - SorceryThe Dark Empyrean Armor set has one of the best color schemes of any of the Sorcery armor sets in the game. Its black and gold design makes it appear both regal and imposing, making you feel simultaneously powerful and impressive. Furthermore, the set offers an incredible number of buffs that will massively assist you in combat. While the set bonus alone isn't all that impressive - it gives the player increased mana, health, and Sorcery abilities - when combined with the individual bonuses it becomes incredibly powerful. The robes alone offer increased mana regen per second, fire damage, ice damage, and lightning damage. This is certainly not an armor set to miss out on. 2/10 Enke's Armor Set - SorceryThere are so many things players will need to know before starting Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning. Knowing handy tips and tricks can really give you an advantage when it comes to combat and also making the most of your time with the game. However, one thing all players must do is try and collect the Enke's Armor set. While not terribly visually impressive, the Enke's Armor set is unparalleled in its set bonuses. Offering those who find them all increased mana, fire damage, ice damage, and lightning damage would be enough. However, equipping this set will also decrease your mana costs. This means you will have more mana to play around with and spells will become much cheaper to use. It's an incredibly powerful combination, and one everyone should take advantage of. 1/10 Lachlan's Armor Set - SorceryThe Lachlan's Armor set is incredibly similar in design to the Dark Empyrean Armor set, but don't let that dissuade you from collecting it. This armor set will grant you incredible magical powers once equipped as its set bonus is very powerful. Once the set is equipped the player will get a 20 percent increase in fire, ice, and lightning damage, as well as increased mana and a chance to burn enemies who attack you.
