A tender and juicy turkey breast with the nostalgic flavours of rosemary and thyme. Slow Roasting TurkeyFor this recipe I used a slow roasting technique for cooking the turkey. Essentially you roast the turkey at 250 degrees for a couple of hours. The slow and steady roasting results in a tender and juicy turkey breast. Not only is it delicious to cook the turkey this way, I like the extra time it gives me to work on the side dishes while the turkey is in the oven. One of the things I like most about this recipe is that the turkey is marinated for a few hours in a mixture of olive oil, rosemary and thyme. The results are flavourful and delicious turkey! And if you’re lucky, you’ll also end up with some amazing pan drippings for gravy! YUM. Nothing left to do but set the table! Enjoy!
