How long does Casetify take to ship Reddit

Are they custom printing these in China or something because it is taking a long time to ship. what has your average shipping time been? It's been almost two weeks for me and my order has not shipped yet.

I believe they are coming from Hong Kong, I ordered two cases from them on November 17 and they been stuck in transit for 2-3 weeks now. If you are going to order from them order it DHL express if you select USPS or free shipping expect it to take 2-5 weeks at most. If it’s DHL you’ll get it within a week at most.

Like is this a fancy drop shipping company or why not have a local warehouse w some supply on hand at least to ship faster during the holidays just sayin

I ordered mine on Nov. 20th and received a tracking code on the 27th. It didn’t start moving until Dec. 3, though, after I had emailed them about it. Should get it on the 9th. I’d reach out to them via email or on twitter; shipping seems to be a common issue & complaint!

Ordered November 29th and still it says order is processing. Today is December 15!

I ordered from them 2 days ago and have yet to receive a confirmation email. :/

Hopefully, it doesn't take too long. I messaged other people that ordered the same case collection as mine, and for them it took about 2 weeks for the item to arrive so I am hoping it will take 2 weeks for me too.

I ordered mine on 3rd november and landed in germany on the 12th. It stucked there until 13 December and i received the package today. The casetify’s customer service said it is normal because of the pandemic and during holiday season.

Ordered mine a week ago, just got confirmation it's going to take another 17 days to Australia.

Fucking ridiculous. Going to request a refund.

Did you pay for DHL express or go with their standard free shipping? Just wondering before I place an order.

I just had the same issue. I read in another thread that someone messaged them on twitter and suddenly the status changed in a couple of days so that’s what I did. And sure enough, now it’s shipped but it says like 6-10 days for delivery :/

mine took 5 days to ship from the date i ordered, and will probably be here in 3 days max, i live in canada, its coming by DHL and i didnt pay for express, i try to save as much as possible lol i really dont care if it takes weeks, the case i ordered was a limited edition case

Ordered a case for my new phone on 9/25, and it said it should ship out the first week of October and arrive October 14th through the 21st. Of course the website says they are experiencing delays, which I thought the estimated delivery date was accounting for so I would have ample time for it to arrive before my phone does. (Phone was supposed to arrive Oct 22-29, will be here tomorrow the 18th)

It seems they printed the shipping label for the case on October 2nd, but still haven’t shipped out the case. Makes me wonder if the case is not even made yet? They even sent out an email on the 13th that it had been shipped, but looking at the tracking info still only showed the label was printed on the 2nd and that’s it. Technically they haven’t deviated from their October 14-21 delivery estimation, but if it hasn’t shipped yet I doubt it will be here within the week. Anybody else in the same boat?

Ordered 3 cases Sunday, Oct 24th. The arrival time was listed as Oct 29th - Nov. 11th.

Nov. 3rd order status changed from "pending production" to "order being processed." I did contact Casetify customer service after 1 week after ordering, through Instagram, just to see if I could get an update. They told me to wait until Nov. 11th. We'll see if it makes it here by the 11th.

**update: Nov 5th I got a tracking number. USPS doesn’t give me an estimated delivery date. It just says, “Processing Exception, Other Delay

October 24, 2021, at 4:15 pm” 🤷‍♂️

***update: Nov 5th Shipping dates changed to Nov 8th - Nov 15th

****update: just received an email that our order is on its way. The tracking number now shows it’s stuck in Dayton,NJ. That’s where a big wear house collapsed in a hurricane and caused all kinds of delays. Also delivery date was moved to Nov 8 - Nov 15.

*****update: got a text update that my cases will be delivered by Monday Nov 15th. When I click on the tracking number the USPS website says it will come on Saturday Nov 13th.

TL:DR ordered Oct 24th USPS tracking number says will be delivered Sat Nov. 13th.
