How much can spider man lift

I'm gonna put all I know here.

A spider can lift 170x their weight, and if Peter has inherited a spider's powers, he could lift about 25000 pounds, roughly translating to 12.5 ton. But in the comics it has been proven he can lift up to 100-300 tons if under extreme conditions. And in the MCU, when he was trapped under a warehouse roof, that would weigh between 100-300 pounds depending on what was directly on him.

And also in Homecoming, he directed a plane with just his arms and a string of webbing. A cargo plane like that is around 90,000 pounds, OR roughly 45 tons. And that's not even including all the weight of:

- The fuel. (Weighs about 40,000 pounds, or 20 tons.)

- The cargo. (Which we do not know the weight of.)

And considering it has to take a lot of strength to manage to stay on the OUTSIDE of a plane up that high and going that fast. I don't know the exact air pressure and fast it's going so I cant calculate that.

And in Civil War, we also see him block Bucky's metal arm, who is also enhanced with super strength. Keep in Mind that from what we saw, Spider-Man can rival Captain America's strength, considering so far, Capsicle was not able to block Bucky's arm.

And he got a truck dropped onto him. I do not know what kind of truck that's called so I cannot calculate how much that weighed.

In Infinity War, he blocked a giant chain hammer thing from Cull Obsidian.

I don't know how much that weighs, but Peter seemed to block it like it was nothing.

(EDIT in response to Pablo's comment):

You mentioned his senses, so I'll elaborate further on that. So far from what we know, ALL of his senses turned to 11 (from what you said in the comments. Thanks for that btw I forgot that.)

This means he could possibly be able to see something that another hero cannot. Or hear something another hero can't. Aside from all that, he has an extra sense that would give him a clear advantage.

His spidey sense.

"The so-called 'spidey sense' or 'spider sense' generally refers to an extraordinary ability to sense imminent danger, a kind of 'sixth sense' attributed to the comic-book superhero Spider-Man" - Mike Mowbray.

He has the advantage with that sense because if he hones it correctly, he could potentially be invisible to an enemy (depending on what skills that enemy has.) So thanks to Pablo for reminding me of that!!

(EDIT in response to Kroam's comment):

I'm making an assumption that MCU follows the comics. In one of the comics he lifted a whole warehouse (with help of webs, BUT the weight would still be from 100-300 tons,) So I'm assuming MCU Spidey can do just that as well.

(EDIT in response to Kid Gucci's comment about Spidey going up against Cap):

We don't know this. While we saw them fight for a little bit in Civil War, we cannot have an accurate answer. It depends on Terrain, How long the battle goes on for, and where it is. (Considering if they were on some different planet with less gravity, Spidey would be at an advantage because that temporarily ruptures Cap's ability to use his shield.) I can't answer that question, the best I can say is that it depends.

Spider-Man used to be in the Top 5 strongest in Marvel. But, now he’s went down on the totem pole. He’s gotten buffs recently, so he went from 10 to 25 tons to about 30 to 50 tons comfortably. Although, he’s had fears where, if you calculate it, he’s holding thousands of tons. He acted as the landing gear for a private jet. 75,000+lbs + 40,000lbs + Thrust. That’s about 115,000lbs just off that bat. But, people forget that the plan was in motion, in a downward trajectory. That has to be accounted for. That’s a crash. 115,000lbs, let’s convert to kg.

115,000/2.2 = 52,272.27kg. Now, we need the speed of the plane. Let’s lowball and say it was falling at human terminal velocity (WAY below what it would be) and let’s use M/s. We’ll use the nose dive terminal velocity, which is 150-180 mph, since the plane was in a nose dive for a majority of the fall. 180/2.237 = 80.4 M/s. Now, we divide the speed by the amount of time of the plane’s deceleration (the crash impact) since it’s a crash landing, it’d be less than a tenth of a second, and since Spider-Man doesn’t bend to absorb shock, this holds true, but let’s lowball to half of a second of shock absorption. I’m trying to lowball, so let’s go with 0.5. 80.4/0.5 = 160.8. Now, we multiply the weight of the vehicle by that value. 52,272.27 * 160.8 = 8,405,381.016kg of force. That’s 9,245.919 tons of force Spiderman had to endure for the duration of the crash. The quicker the deceleration, the more impactful it is. Remember, this was our lowball value. Think about if I used the actual terminal velocity of a private jet, and the true time of deceleration. Spidey is S Tier.

The Truth About How Much Spider-Man Can Lift https://veryimgs.veryaware.com/1661671411954.jpg 800 600 Joel Joel https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/a5aed50578738cfe85dcdca1b09bd179?s=96&d=mm&r=g February 22, 2022 August 28, 2022

In the world of Marvel, there is no shortage of superhero strength.
But how much can Spider-Man lift?
This is a question that has puzzled fans for years.
Spider-Man is one of the most popular superheroes in the world. He is known for his agility, his spider-sense, and his web-slinging.
But what many people don’t know is that Spider-Man is also one of the strongest superheroes in the Marvel Universe.
In fact, Spider-Man is so strong that he has been able to lift tanks, buses, and even airplanes.
So, how much can Spider-Man actually lift?
The answer may surprise you.

Spider-Man has lifted approximately 100-300 tons in the comics. He is classified as a level 8 superhero by Nick Fury. Spider-Man was listed as having a maximum lift capacity of ten tons by the Marvel Encyclopedia. Spider-Man is capable of lifting up to 25 tons as a teenager. Spider-Man: Holland is the most powerful of the three Spider-Mans, according to intelligence standards. Wolverine, Daredevil, and Hawkeye are street-level superheroes, but Iron Man reigns supreme among Marvel heroes.

Spiders can lift 170x their weight, so Peter has the ability to lift approximately 25000 pounds, roughly enough to carry 12.5 tons. In the comics, he can lift up to 100-300 tons as a result of extreme conditions.

When in Binary Mode, Captain Marvel can lift 200 tons, more than any other Avenger, including Cap, Iron Man, Widow, Black Panther, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Ant-Man, the Wasp, Doctor Strange, and Hawkeye.

I believe Peter Parker of Earth 616) was able to transport Mjolnir from the clutches of Spider-man and throw it to Thor. In this way, he would have been worthy of lifting the hammer, but he would not have been worthy of wielding Thor’s powers (there is a distinction to be made).

How Strong Is Spider Man At His Peak?

There is no definitive answer to this question as it is dependent on a number of factors, such as the particular story line or comic book arc. However, in general, Spider-Man is considered to be a very powerful superhero, with some estimates suggesting that he could lift up to 10 tons at his peak. He is also incredibly fast and agile, able to react quickly to danger and even dodge bullets. In addition, his Spider-Sense gives him an added level of awareness and reflexes, allowing him to avoid danger.

Spiders can lift 170 times their weight, and Peter could lift approximately 25000 pounds if he inherited the abilities of a spider. Bucky’s metal arm is also enhanced with super strength in Civil War, and we see him use his super strength to block Bucky. He also possesses an additional sense of superiority that can be used to his advantage. By honing this ability in the right way, he is able to be invisible to his enemies. Terrain is important, as is how long the battle lasts, and where it is located.

In Spider-Man, it is impossible to find a better Spider-Man than Peter Parker, who is always doing the right thing. It’s never been easy for him to get into trouble and strive to be the best he can be. He has been praised and respected by his peers for his dedication to his profession.
Iron Man, despite his enormous strength, has never been able to defeat Spider-Man. It is clear that he would easily defeat Spider-Man in a battle. In contrast, Iron Man is never satisfied with being merely a mortal. To the point where he is often outmaneuvered by Spider-Man, he strives to be the best that he can be.
Spider-Man is not only a powerful superhero, but he is also a good person. He always puts others before himself and does what is right, even if it means facing powerful opponents. As a result, he is a true hero, and he can be a formidable opponent to any villain.

Spider webs are notoriously strong, with spider silk reported to have tensile strength of up to 1.75 gigapascals (GPa) or simply over 178 kilograms per square millimeter in cross section (to save U.S. readers from reading it up, 178 kilograms comes to 39

Spiders are among the most powerful animals due to their size and weight. This spider, as powerful as Darwin’s Bark spider (which weighs only 0.5 grams), can lift up to 80 grams. Spiders lift a limited amount of weight, this is obviously determined by individual species and their species. Spiders can lift up to eight times their body weight, while some claim they can lift up to 100 times. It can be thought of in up to 170 different ways. Despite being a strong spider, tarantulas are not as strong as a lot of other spiders at gram for gram. Spider webs are extremely durable, and they are subjected to varying levels of force in lab tests.

Spider webs can hold a lot of weight depending on their size; some species nest on them, while others lay their eggs on them. Spider silk is around five times stronger than steel when measured in terms of size. Darwin’s Bark Spider’s silk is ten times as strong as Kevlar, according to a recent study. Spider silk is not as strong as diamonds, but it is still quite close. To stop a Boeing-47, you’ll need a spider silk rope that has a length of 1 km and a diameter of 21.4 cm. It would require approximately three billion Nephila spiders to complete this task. Spider silk ropes are theoretically a safer way to stop a plane than other methods because the elasticity would reduce the severity of the plane’s damage. Ants, on the other hand, are typically much larger and heavier than spiders. It has been suggested that some ants can travel at up to 5000 times their body weight.

The Super-strength Of Spiderwebs

Spiderwebs are extremely strong and can easily carry a significant amount of weight. A strand of spider silk weighs less than 500 grams (18 ounces) and circles the Earth. It has a tensile strength of 1.3 GPa and weighs around 173 times its body weight. Spider dragline silk has a tensile strength of 1.3 GPa. A spider of this size could carry a lot of weight. Spider-Man’s strength and agility make him nearly ten times more powerful than average humans, allowing him to lift nearly ten tons and jump and move at breathtaking speeds. Researchers discovered that spider bonds in this manner can carry 173 times their body weight while attached to a surface.

Spiders are capable of holding up to eight times their body weight. There is no simple way to determine the exact muscle of spider, and different muscle sizes and species make it so. We’re very fortunate that spiders are so small, because they can reach a strength of 250 times greater than humans. Spiders lift their own weight all day. The tarantula can lift about eight times its weight. Black widow venom is 15 times stronger than rattlesnake venom. As an example, imagine a 50 pound child lifting 400 pounds, and having the same strength as a small, weak spider.

Despite the fact that the amount of food a spider can carry varies by species, it is safe to assume that all or nearly all female spiders carry more than males. The female has a higher body mass, hemolymph, and muscle than the male. Darwin’s bark spider is the world’s strongest silk, with tensile strength of up to 520 megajoules per cubic meter.

The Strength Of Spider Webs

Spider webs can be quite heavy and strong. Spiders can also use them to catch prey because they can withstand a lot of tension. There are spiders that can lift heavier things than they can themselves. A web can support a wide range of weight, and it can also be strong.

Spider-Man has overcome explosions, villains, and death-defying situations in his career by utilizing his speed. His current speed is thought to be between 200 and 250 miles per hour, according to online consensus. It is enough to put Black Panther on a par with Spider-Man’s speed. When Spider-Man strikes the ground, he can accelerate to 6000 m/s2 or 600 g/s in seconds. A spider’s weight can reach 170 times that of its mate, and Peter can lift approximately 25000 pounds if he has inherited spider’s powers. Thor may be able to conquer Loki’s strength but Loki possesses the ability to lift up to 50 tons.

Raw power is easily obtained by using venom due to its increased strength and speed. The Batman bench presses between 800-1,000 pounds, the military presses 500–600 pounds, and the curls 300-350 pounds. Black Panther received a blessing from the Panther Goddess Bast to enable him to reach superhuman strength while retaining his peak human abilities.

Hulks Strength

The Hulk has superhuman strength, allowing him to lift (press) in excess of 100 tons (class 100). Hulk’s only chance of breaking through this level is when he is enraged. He is likely to have a lower functional strength than 70 tons under a calm state.

The son of a nuclear physicist and his wife Rebecca, Robert Bruce Banner was born to Dr. Brian Banner and Rebecca Banner. Bruce was obsessed with Rebecca because he was the object of her love and he had an insane jealousy that warped his father. The Banner was involved in the design and construction of the gamma bomb, or G-bomb, a high-energy nuclear weapon with a high gamma radiation output. As a result of a genetic condition, Banner’s transformation into the Hulk was caused by an unknown genetic condition. The Hulk was easily agitated, despite Banner’s memory and intelligence being barely detectable. When Banner was transformed into the Hulk, he used radiation treatments to maintain his own personality, allowing him to control his own identity for a short period of time. Bruce Banner, as a human, is superhuman in his ability to lift (press) 100 tons with superhuman strength.

When the Hulk is enraged, he only attains this level of strength. Banner, a human being, possesses normal human strength based on his age, height, and build, but he is unable to engage in regular exercise. When fear, range, or stress occur, the adrenal medulla produces a large amount of adrenaline. As the Hulk’s adrenaline level rises, so does his strength. As a result, an increase in energy efficiency is not accompanied by an increase in mass, but rather by an increase in efficiency. The Hulk, who possesses superhuman strength in his legs, can leap far and wide. Because of his innate ability to detect all terrestrial diseases, the Hulk is immune to all terrestrial organisms. He has astral manifestations and, according to a mystical homing ability, can locate the location where he first became the Hulk.

Hulk’s Achilles Heel

Hulk’s greatest vulnerability in addition to his superhuman strength is his vulnerability to injury. He is a powerful puncher who can easily cause grievous bodily harm to his opponents.
