If you get plus for a month you can buy warden with your free 1500 crowns and put all your mats from characters into the crafting bag as they stay in there even if you stop plus after the 1 month. Warden is actually what i bought with mine recently.

What if you get new materials? Let's say you put natural water in there and then your eso plus stops, will new water be put there automatically or into your normal bag?

No, but now you can gift stuff in the crown store to other players. So as long as all deals take place in the game, it's technically legal.

I can’t tell if that was /s or not, but I only charge 100gold because it makes the math easier.if someone is buying a lot of stuff, I give them a discount as well.

Just get plus. They literally give you the value of your money back with crowns per months you buy it. It's probably the single best value subscription in the MMO market at the moment.

Just make sure to get every agreement you do externally (discord, reddit) also written down ingame via chat or message.

ESO support said that they would investigate frauds, but they can only do that if you have proof - And they can only verify ingame communication.
