  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ to 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

    Preheat oven to 400°. Cut rolls in half horizontally. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and dried Italian seasoning, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant. Brush butter mixture on cut sides of bread. Place bread, cut sides up, on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly toasted.

    Note: We used Chicago hard rolls from Publix. You could also use French bread rolls, a sliced French bread baguette, or any other small rolls from your grocery store.

  • Place bread or buns cut side up on a baking sheet.  Cover with a layer of butter, covering the entire surface.

Can I freeze easy garlic bread?

You can freeze it before baking it or after. Wrap it airtight in plastic wrap and then in foil. Thaw at room temperature or in the refrigerator and then place under broiler if you froze prior to baking. If the bread is already baked, wrap it in foil and rewarm in a 250 degree F oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
