Be the first to mark this as helpful October 2018 - July 2019 • Pasco, WA What I likedThe atmosphere in the coffee stand was extremely positive majority of the time. I got very close with all of my coworkers and they're still my best friends even 3 months after moving away from them. I also got close with a lot of my customers and they still keep in contact with me. I got to be crazy fun self every day at work while listening to loud music and making people's day. What I wish was differentThere's not a lot I would change. The main thing I'd say is that some people in the shift lead positions were very young and a bit too immature for the crazy amount of stress that comes with how busy our stand would get. There was drama from time to time, but for the most part it was a positive experience. AdviceIf you ever work at dutch bros, be 100% yourself.
