2022 SHOWCASE GUIDELINES

Do not enter a Showcase home if you are sick or do not feel safe.

*The Virtual Showcase is available online with your ticket purchase.

No bare feet. Please bring a clean pair of socks to wear, use the shoe covers provided, or follow the instructions from each builder.

Children aged 3 and older require a ticket. Please keep watch of your children at all times.

Be respectful of furniture and surfaces, do not touch anything.

No food or drink is permitted in the homes at any time.

Please watch your step.

Builders have the right to limit the number of people in the home.

PCAHBA has the right to close any showcase home at any time.

Visitors assume all risk incidental to the event.
