It is close to broadway and main attractions so we were able to walk everywhere which was convenient. The pool area is lovely as are the rooms with everything you need in them. First and foremost the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us every time we entered the building with. big smiles and always asked if there was anything we needed or they could assist us with. We had a very small issue connecting to the Wi-Fi on our first night and the front desk clerk went above and beyond to get us the help we needed, within minutes we had maintenance at our door and then a few movements later the property manager was there as well to ensure everything got fixed correctly — both of whom were so nice and professional. The room itself was so great, we had a wonderful balcony and the room came with many little amenities like detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer (which personally I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit), coffee and cream for the coffee maker dish soap, cookware and iron and hairdryer, and shower needed. The rooftop pool was so great too, never too busy either so it was nice to enjoy it and also a great gym on the 10th floor. This hotel is SO close to broadway and not too far from the Gluth, it’s a decent walk but we walked there and then took scooters home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Show more Show less

We rented a car because my husband is recently out of surgery, but it's not necessary to rent a car for this location. There's lots to do right around here. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants in walking distance. You could catch a quick ride downtown. There was a full kitchen and dishes and utensils available, if we wanted to cook. We would love to come back with some other couples and it's a great set up for that! We could have our own space but still be near our group and enjoy the private, gated courtyard.
