I purchased this machine yesterday, as my old machine had just blown up, and with a new baby on the way arriving any day now, I needed a replacement asap. I thought maybe I checked the wrong time so left it. 10 mins later came back and the machine is still spinning saying 3 mins to go. I watched it for a few minutes to see it stop spin, half drain, then refill and keep spinning, repeating this process over and over. I paused it, restarted - turned machine off and on and could not change the cycle or fully drain the unit. So disappointed. Malfunctioned before it even finished setting up. Went straight back to the Good Guys where I bought it from, they said this was the last, there is no stock at any stores and none in the warehouse. They also didn't seem shocked at all and knew the fault before I had finished explaining what had happened, making me think that maybe this has been a more common issue. I have exchanged for a 8kg Fisher & Paykel, however due to their next day delivery, am yet to try it as I have to wait til tomorrow for it to be exchanged.
