Get ready to improve your nights and naps… My 13 month old has never been a great sleeper but lately, her entire personality has been negatively affected by her poor sleep habits. I knew it was in her best interest to bite the bullet and buy the course I’ve heard so many good things about. I purchased the most basic 5-24 month course at $179. I watched the 90 minute course in one sitting and began implementing the tools right away. I learned that I’ve been doing so many things ALMOST right. I’ve always hated cry it out. Cara’s information on the “pop ins” every 15 minutes made me feel so much more reassured about letting my baby cry. I’m not abandoning her. I am walking through this journey with her and popping in to let her know that she isn’t alone. Reply JSH115 Not too sure because I didn’t purchase it but I did watch almost all of her reels on IG and did my own research elsewhere when our LO was deep in her regression. LO is almost sleeping through the night now and putting herself to sleep I loved her newborn class and it helped us get a good sleep foundation. Before the regression my baby was doing full nights with just a dream feed. But now she’s up several times, and I slipped up by feeding her to sleep some. So my friend showed my her old ABCs of sleep PDF from her 2 year old, and it’s basically just the Ferber method. I think Cara has a great energy that gives moms confidence and having videos really helps my husband who hates to read, but she’s not inventing anything new. I’m going to wait and see if my baby drops her wake ups naturally after the 5 month mark because I really don’t want to do Ferber unless I absolutely have to, and I don’t want to pay for a method I could learn from a book from the library. I caved and paid. It’s just Ferber with a auger coated voice. A huge waste of money I agree with pp. I have the ebook such a waste. you're better off hiring an in person sleep trainer if you're that desperate Yup it’s Ferber with a nice tone. I didn’t find it helpful honestly. I just tried extinction a few days ago and it worked like a charm. I don’t regret it. I get more sleep. Baby gets more sleep. We are both happy.
