Our Community Weigh Scales are available to keep track of your weight if you do not have suitable scales at home. Show About this serviceCommunity Weigh Scales are available at the University of Canberra Hospital (UCH) in Bruce or at Village Creek Centre in Kambah. The scales are disability, mobility and wheelchair accessible. Both scales are designed for power chair users. The scales at University of Canberra Hospital can accommodate weight of up to 360kg. The scales at Village Creek Centre have a maximum weight capacity of 800kg. Who we care forAnyone can use these weigh scales. If you have weight concerns, talk to your GP, health professional or contact the Community Care Nutrition Service if you are worried about your weight. How to access this serviceYou don’t need an appointment. Simply ask reception staff and you will be directed to the scales. The scales are available from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
