Although this is a safe remedy for itchiness that works on many people, I did not find it helped me at all. I definitely would not put it on a sunburn as it is not cooling, and for me it does not stop insect bites from growing into bumps or itching. I'm probably more prone to allergic reactions than the general population, so I may not be typical, and I would definitely recommend other people give it a try. It's not expensive, readily available and without side effects, and if you have no success you can always move on to another solution.
